For Developers & Investment Partners
Reach People While They're Still Deciding
Visit Lembongan Island is an independent, fact-checked guide to Nusa Lembongan: the boat crossing, where to stay, what to do and what the island is actually like. This page is for developers, investment companies, and hospitality operators who want a placement inside that guide, not a generic ad competing for the word Bali. The site launched in September 2026, so traffic and engagement reporting will follow once a full measurement period has been completed.
This page is written for real estate developers, investment and advisory companies, and hospitality operators evaluating a partnership or placement, not for the site's regular travel readers, and it uses a more direct, business tone for that reason. If you're looking for travel information about the island itself, see the homepage. If you'd rather acquire the domain and the whole content platform outright instead of partnering, see Acquire This Domain.

Why This Audience Matters to a Developer
Most Bali real estate marketing competes for the word "Bali," a search term with tens of millions of monthly searches and hundreds of developers bidding for the same attention. Nusa Lembongan is a narrower, more specific funnel. The island covers approximately 8 square kilometers (see Island Facts for the full sourcing), has no airport, and is reached only by fast boat from Sanur, a crossing of roughly 30 minutes each way. Nobody lands on this island by accident.
People researching Nusa Lembongan read about the boat crossing, tide tables, snorkeling at Manta Point and Crystal Bay, and where to stay, and a portion of them are quietly asking a second question behind the first: could I own something here? That second question is exactly where a real estate or hospitality brand wants to be present: not on a generic "invest in Bali" landing page competing with a hundred others, but inside the research journey of someone who has already chosen this specific island over Canggu, Uluwatu, or Ubud.
Why Fact-Checked Context Is Worth More Than Another Render
Every fact on Visit Lembongan Island is checked against named sources at the time of writing, with dates and citations attached. That is not the norm in Bali property marketing, where rendered images, headline yield percentages, and testimonials that are hard to verify from the outside are common. Experienced operators in this market increasingly draw a sharp line between the two: a render shows what a building might look like, while PBG (building approval) and SLF (function-worthiness certificate) permits, land titles, and licensing determine whether it can legally exist at all.
A placement on a site that visibly checks its facts does two things a paid ad on a generic portal doesn't. It sits next to content the reader already trusts, and it borrows some of that credibility by association. For a development or investment company that wants to be taken seriously by due-diligence-minded buyers, the kind who ask about permits, land titles, and net rather than gross returns before they ask about the infinity pool, that context is worth more than reach on its own.
Editorial Independence and Paid Placements
Visit Lembongan Island accepts paid partner placements. Payment does not buy a positive review, editorial approval, a ranking, traffic, enquiries or bookings, and it does not buy the removal of material facts.
Every paid placement, whether a dedicated project page or a featured spot inside an existing guide, carries a Partner content label for as long as it is online. The label is not removed at a partner's request, and paid profiles are never presented as independent editorial reviews.
Factual claims inside a placement face the same verification standard as the rest of the site. We ask for evidence on permits, ownership, facilities, opening dates, availability and commercial terms, and we may amend, reject or remove any claim that cannot be substantiated. If something later turns out to be wrong, it gets corrected.
Regulations and property status are project-specific. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, investment or property advice; readers should carry out their own due diligence with qualified Indonesian advisers and the relevant authorities.
What Partnering Can Look Like
- Dedicated project or company profile. A standalone page introducing your development, fractional-ownership model, or advisory service to readers actively researching Nusa Lembongan, written in the same practical, no-hype style as the rest of the site.
- Placement inside relevant guides. A featured mention inside the Stay guide, or a future dedicated investing guide, next to the context readers are already consulting.
- Contact-channel introduction. For a lower-commitment first step, an introduction to readers who reach out through the site with ownership or investment questions.
- Custom arrangement. If none of the above matches how your company works, tell us what you need and we'll scope something specific.
Pricing depends on scope, placement duration, and how much dedicated writing and fact-checking a project requires, so it's set individually rather than off a fixed rate card. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll quote it.
Partner Terms at a Glance
- Labelling. Every placement carries a permanent Partner content label, as set out in the editorial policy above. Links from a placement to a partner's own website are marked as sponsored links, in line with Google's guidance on paid links.
- Evidence. Claims about permits, ownership, facilities and commercial terms need supporting documents before they are published, and again before any later change goes live.
- No guaranteed results. A placement does not guarantee search positions, traffic, enquiries, bookings, revenue or investment returns.
- Price, duration and updates. Quoted per project and fixed in a written agreement before anything is published, including start date, minimum term, renewal, removal and the number of included updates.
- Reporting. Performance reporting will be offered once the site has completed a full measurement period; any report will name its data source, period and metric definitions.
- Change of ownership. If the domain is sold, existing partner agreements transfer to the new owner and stay binding.
Who This Page Is For
This is built for the range of companies active in this exact space: villa developers and construction-and-hospitality groups building on Lembongan itself; fractional and shared-ownership platforms; investment advisories that guide buyers through legal structuring and due diligence; and property managers or hospitality brands operating rental portfolios on the island. Whether you run a boutique two-project developer or an established name expanding into the region, this audience is relevant to you.
Visit Lembongan Island is part of a small network of independently fact-checked destination guides from the same publisher, including visityangshuo.com and visitsumbaisland.com, each researched and verified the same way as this site.
If your due diligence starts with the legal basics, freehold versus HGB versus Hak Pakai, PT PMA setup, or which taxes apply, see Foreign Land Ownership and Investment Rules Near Nusa Lembongan for the sourced version of that groundwork.
A Market That Keeps Changing, and Why That Favors Accurate Information
Indonesia replaced the old IMB building permit with a two-part system under Government Regulation No. 16/2021: PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung, building approval), confirming a project meets safety and zoning requirements before construction starts, and SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi, function-worthiness certificate), confirming the finished building actually matches those approved plans. Neither is optional paperwork. Without both, a property cannot legally be occupied or rented out. An SLF is valid for 20 years for single and row residential houses and for 5 years for other kinds of buildings; both terms can be extended after a new function-worthiness inspection.
Enforcement around this has visibly picked up. Indonesia's Ministry of Tourism issued Circular Letter No. 4 of 2025 on 6 August 2025, on business-licence registration for tourism accommodation providers. In December 2025 it announced a target that all accommodation marketed through online travel platforms obtain the required permits by 31 March 2026, stating that merchants who fail to comply will be delisted. Physical enforcement has followed too. On 21 July 2025, Bali's governor and the regent of Badung began demolishing 48 buildings found to be in violation at Bingin Beach, Uluwatu, under a demolition order the Badung Regency government issued on 15 July 2025. That was a location-specific enforcement action, not a legal assessment of other projects in Bali, and none of this is a claim about Nusa Lembongan itself. It does show the direction the whole market is moving in.
Buyers who understand this ask sharper questions earlier. A site that helps them ask those questions, rather than one that glosses over them for a smoother pitch, is a better neighbor for a legitimate developer than one that doesn't.
How It Works
- Get in touch using the form below, with a short description of your project or service and the kind of placement you're interested in.
- We scope it together, a dedicated page, a guide placement, or something custom, based on what's realistic to produce and maintain on both sides.
- We publish and keep it accurate, under the same correction policy that applies to the rest of the site: if something about your project changes, tell us and we'll update it.
Start the Conversation
Tell us about your project or company and what kind of placement interests you. We reply from the same address you write to.
If this domain is ever sold through Acquire This Domain, any existing partner placement or agreement is contractually transferred to the new owner as part of that sale. A partnership made here doesn't end if the domain changes hands.
